Bowker & Associates, Inc. is an
environmental engineering firm specializing in the control of odors from
wastewater treatment plants. Our knowledge of the design and operation of
wastewater treatment processes and odor control systems offers our clients

In addition to conventional odor control systems, many innovative approaches to odor control have been evaluated and designed by Bowker & Associates, Inc. These include construction of novel enclosures to contain odors from sludge dewatering systems, use of an existing sludge incinerator to oxidize odorous gases, implementation of an economical biofilter to treat high-strength septage odors, and diffusion of odorous gases into activated sludge basins. In addition, Mr. Bowker designed a pure oxygen injection system to prevent odorous compound generation in a two mile force main. This represented the first application of the "multiple U-tube oxygen dissolver" technology in the United States.
